Elliot spring 2015 squareElliot has an M.S. in Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior, an M.Ed. in Human Sexuality Education, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Widener University, working on his dissertation on human sexuality education.

He worked at the Interdisciplinary Sexuality Research Collaborative at Widener University as the data collection and data management coordinator.  Elliot was also the Welcoming Subcommittee Chair for AASECT’s 2015 conference in Minneapolis, MN.

In the past Elliot has served as a research assistant and teaching assistant for Widener University’s Center for Human Sexuality Studies (CHSS), and as the graduate assistant in charge of Pedagogical Innovation and Technology for CHSS, where he helped maintain the blogs and other social media for the educational methods courses and the department, such as the blog Teaching Sex Ed.  He has also worked with Family Tree Clinic in St. Paul, MN on projects related to transgender health and sexuality.
